Submissions
Who can submit their work?
We accept submissions from undergraduate and postgraduate M.B.B.S. & Bpth students across India and equivalent courses abroad.
What can I submit?
Articles on all topics related to medicine are encouraged. Photos, paintings, book reviews, comics are also welcome.
Where can I submit?
All submissions and queries can be mailed to us on thegreymatter.mimer@gmail.com.
Guidelines for submission
Here are a few things to keep in mind before submitting:
All submissions, write-ups, photos, and artwork must be original and not previously published anywhere. If published elsewhere prior to this, proper information along with photos should be provided.
The work submitted should not be copied or plagiarised from any other source.
Please ensure that the photo and artwork you submit must be of as high a resolution as possible. (As a standard guide, the photo file should be over 1MB).
What happens after I submit my article?
We will try to get in touch with you at the earliest and inform you whether we'd be publishing the article for the upcoming issue.

How are the articles selected?
Our editorial team goes through each article that has been submitted. After doing a basic plagiarism check, articles are selected on the basis of how well written the content is (& if the content is relevant and true).

Will I be paid if my work is selected for publication?
We do not pay for publication as of now.

How to apply?
To apply, please send your resume and a cover letter to thegreymatter.mimer@gmail.com. Depending on the post you are applying for, please attach a writing, artwork or photograph sample with your resume.

How can I buy The Grey Matter merchandise?
If you wish to buy our merchandise, you can email us at thegreymatter.mimer@gmail.com stating the item you wish to purchase along with the quantity and your current address. We shall get back to you regarding the price of the merchandise and will let you know how and when we’ll be able to send (via courier) it to you depending on where you’re located.
